- Pregnancy Support App: Launching in Q2, Kindbody’s pregnancy support app will serve as a digital companion for expecting and new parents, offering thousands of resources, interactive tools, and clinically validated assessments to identify social drivers of health and mental health needs across pregnancy and beyond. Pilot programs will explore AI in IVF monitoring and embryology workflows, enabling quicker, more precise ultrasound readings and embryo quality assessments that can drive both improved outcomes and cost savings for employers and health plans.
- A New Savings Model: In 2027, Kindbody will introduce a savings model for eligible large employers that leverages its owned Signature Clinics and integrated benefits platform to guarantee lower total fertility spend while improving clinical efficiency and patient experience. The model compares each eligible employer’s historical fertility costs to a projected Kindbody scenario, then layers on capped procedure pricing, a savings guarantee, and a shared-savings structure in which Kindbody’s fees are at risk if savings are not achieved. As Kindbody’s Chief Commercial Officer, she is responsible for unifying and scaling the company’s go-to-market strategy, driving growth across sales and client delivery.

Barrie joins Kindbody from Mercer where she led revenue growth and retention for Mercer’s Health Business across the West Zone. She previously held similar leadership positions to Mercer with Aon, Willis Towers Watson, and Gallagher where she was responsible for organic and acquisition revenue growth, talent recruitment, and client and talent retention. Her point solution commercial and start-up experience includes Accolade and 98point6 (now Transcarent), and ConsumerMedical (now Alight). Her early career began with Hilton Hotels in HR/Benefit Administration, executive retained search, and financial planning. Barrie received her bachelor’s degree at Washington State University.

A Long Journey Toward Our Last Baby
We set out on a journey to conceive our last bundle of joy. We didn't know then that it was going to take 2 years, along with tears of joy and sadness. It was a rollercoaster of emotions, but it was so worth it.

I want to thank the amazing nurses, sonographer (one specific one that I will cherish forever) as well as the Doctors that made this all happen.
