Fertility Consultation
For patients interested in building a family through conception services like IUI or IVF. During this consultation, you will meet at length with a fertility specialist to discuss fertility fundamentals and make a plan for your personal family-building journey.
Egg Freezing Consultation
For those looking to preserve their fertility. This appointment is the first step to securing your future fertility through egg freezing. This appointment is typically followed by a full diagnostic work-up which is billed separately.
Pulse Assessment
For patients interested in learning more about their fertility. This assessment includes an ultrasound, fertility hormone testing and a 15-minute check-in with an expert on your reproductive potential.
Male Consultation With Semen Analysis
For male patients who wish to undergo a fertility evaluation. This includes a consultation, venipuncture, and a semen analysis.
Medical Workup
This appointment occurs at one of our conveniently located Kindbody clinic locations and enables your doctor to gain the information required to build your treatment plan. Call for more details.
Preservation
The prices below vary based on your clinic location. They also do not include the cost of bloodwork or medications, which can cost between $3,000-$6,000 if not covered by insurance.
Egg Freezing
Egg freezing is a 10-14 day cycle in which your ovaries are stimulated to grow mature eggs. The eggs are harvested during a short out-patient procedure and then frozen for future use. Please see below for detailed explanation of pricing.
Embryo Banking
Embryo banking is a 10-14 day cycle in which your ovaries are stimulated to grow mature eggs. The eggs are harvested during a short out-patient procedure, fertilized with pre-determined sperm to create embryos, and then frozen for future use.
Embryo Freezing+ Preimplantation Genetic Testing
Embryo Freezing process with the addition of performing preimplantation genetic testing (PGS/PGD) via biopsy on all embryos prior to freezing. Additional lab fees may apply.
Annual Storage
Storage of eggs, embryos or sperm is done in liquid nitrogen tanks, and stored on-site at Kindbody labs and/or lab partners.
Getting Pregnant
The prices below vary based on your clinic location. They also do not include the cost of bloodwork or medications, which can cost between $3,000-$6,000 if not covered by insurance.
IUI
Intrauterine Insemination (IUI) involves directly placing sperm inside the uterus. This includes ovarian stimulation (usually with oral medications), monitoring, and the IUI procedure. In rare cases, injectable medication is involved which has an additional fee.
IVF
In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) is about a month-long cycle where your ovaries are stimulated, eggs are retrieved and then fertilized. You may or may not have a fresh embryo transferred. Frozen Embryo Transfer cycles are not included. Please see below for a detailed explanation of pricing.
IVF Freeze All + Preimplantation Genetic Testing
In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) with genetic testing is a cycle where your ovaries are stimulated, eggs are retrieved, fertilized, and then applicable viable embryos are tested. After testing, the embryo is thawed and transferred during a Frozen Embryo Transfer cycle at an additional cost. Please see below for a detailed explanation of pricing.
Frozen Embryo Transfer
Frozen Embryo Transfer (FET) is the process of preparing the uterus, possibly monitoring via ultrasound and bloodwork, thawing embryos and transferring them into the uterus.
Egg Thaw, Preimplantation Genetic Testing and Embryo Freeze
Egg Thaw w/ PGTa and Freeze is the process of thawing previously frozen eggs, fertilizing them (conventionally or through ICSI), and then applicable viable embryos are tested. After testing, the embryo is thawed and transferred during a Frozen Embryo Transfer cycle at an additional cost. Please see below for a detailed explanation of pricing.
Gynecology
Kindbody is not accepting new gynecology patients at this time. Patients who have previously seen a Kindbody gynecologist for a GYN Consultation or Annual Well Woman Exam may request an appointment below to schedule follow-up visits.
Gynecology - Annual Well-Woman Exam
Your annual well woman visit includes a breast exam, pelvic exam, and pap smear if needed. This appointment will also include screening for other diseases affecting reproductive health.
Gynecology Consultation
During this consultation you can address any acute gynecological concerns, including UTI, yeast infection, BV, irregular bleeding, contraception counseling, pelvic pain etc. We will perform any necessary testing at the time of your appointment.
Coaching
Nutrition Coaching
Designed to address your women’s health goals and diagnoses, our wellness coaches tailor a plan to suit your needs, whether it’s nutrition, stress management, or exercise. We highly recommend our patients with PCOS, endometriosis, or any hormone imbalance to work with a wellness coach as a complement to fertility planning.
Counseling & Support
We believe strongly in integrating physical and emotional health, and know that sometimes maintaining a sense of well-being and balance is best optimized with support from someone outside your friends and family. This virtual therapy session offers support and guidance from experienced therapists for life transitions and stressful events, whether involving fertility, identity issues, career, adulthood, grief, anxiety, depression, relationships or parenting. We will prioritize what you want to cover, and at your own pace. You are not alone!
Return-To-Work Coaching
Healing Body Movement/Pelvic Floor Training
In these virtual sessions you will meet with an orthopedic and pelvic health physical therapists and body movement experts who will guide you through an exam to help form a diagnosis and determine the best plan forward, including whether referrals to other providers are needed. This is the option for you if you are experiencing pain (in your lower back, pelvis, hips, wrists, neck, anywhere), bladder or bowel troubles , pain with sexual activity, postpartum diastasis recti (widening between your six-pack muscles), or are recovering from a more involved delivery.
Doula Services
This series of appointments range from prepartum birth planning and all the many decisions you’ll need to make all the way through to postpartum birth processing, where you will find ways to cope with a difficult birth. Come prepared to share your family’s hopes, most pressing questions, and unique needs.
