Nicole Katz
After more than a decade as a yoga teacher and studio owner and almost as long as a structural yoga therapist – Nicole’s own journey of trying to become pregnant, pregnancy, loss, rainbow pregnancy, home birth and getting back into her body after baby showed her just how little we support our women through fertility and made her decide to devote herself to pre and postnatal care and empowerment.
She profoundly shares the philosophy that pregnancy, birth and labor are spiritual and strength based actions and if we prepare for the marathon of motherhood we get to be present to it and enjoy it so much more!
Currently Nicole works with a small group of private clients working through all different aspects of the fertility and motherhood journey. When working with clients Nicole works to create customized whole life strength based practices tailored to the yogi/yogini she is working with. Nicole is also leading mom’s groups for Union Square Play, is their in-house expert on all things mama wellness and is in the process of planning the first Informed and Empowered Birth conference coming in the spring of 2022.
