It has been well established that a daily gratitude practice is strongly associated with improved overall happiness. When beginning a practice like this, it is important to avoid generalizing. The most effective way to ascertain the positive effects of gratitude is to tangibly write down very specific items, interactions, relationships or accomplishments that you are grateful for.

As 2021 comes to a close, we want to kick off our gratitude practice and write down a list of what we, at Kindbody, were most grateful for and proud of this past year.

We are proud to have helped almost 10,000 people learn more about their fertility in assessments.

We are grateful to have a platform to share free education and to have hosted over 20 virtual webinars with over 4000 participants.

We are proud to have performed 3x more fertility cycles than last year.

We are grateful for our world-class team which has tripled in size and spans across 24 states.

We are grateful for our dedicated providers who treat, educate and provide comfort to our community.

We are proud that 80% of those providers are women and 50% identify as BIPOC

We are proud to be expanding across the country by opening 5 new clinics in 5 major cities this past year.

We are grateful for the employers who are offering Kindbody as a benefit to their employees. 4x more employees now have access to fertility and family building care.

We are most proud of the families and potential future families we have helped build. We will continue to provide the highest caliber of care by prioritizing rigorous planning to ensure excellent success rates, resulting in healthy pregnancies and strong babies.

We are looking forward to 2022 where we will make significant strides in our mission to make high-quality fertility and family-building care accessible to everyone by adding more clinics, serving more employers through international expansion, and by empowering more people with information about fertility services they can access from home.

See you next year!
