Gina Bartasi
Gina Bartasi is a seasoned entrepreneur and veteran problem solver, with 20+ years of experience in health tech, and a proven track record of leading disruptive businesses through rapid growth stages and successful exits. After founding Progyny (NASDAQ: PGNY) in 2015, she heard employers’ desire to purchase fertility benefits directly from providers, resulting in millions in savings. Based on employers’ feedback and industry insights, Gina launched Kindbody in August of 2018 with a team of experienced healthcare and industry veterans.
Gina Bruzzichesi
Gina Bruzzichesi, Kindbody’s Co-CEO and President, first joined as Chief Operating Officer (COO), the company’s first in its five year history. Gina has a deep leadership background in human resources and has held senior operational roles at Aspen Dental Management, where she served as COO, as well as CLEAR, WeWork, and Avis. Earlier in her career Gina served as an employment attorney.
Scott Bruckner
Scott Bruckner is Co-CEO and Chief Financial Officer at Kindbody, a leading fertility clinic network and global family-building benefits provider. He joined the company in June 2023 after serving as Chief Financial Officer at Fluid Truck, a technology-based sharing platform that is disrupting the commercial mobility and commercial vehicle rental market.
Prior to joining Fluid Truck, Scott was Chief Financial Officer at Casa Systems (NASDAQ: CASA), a technology leader in enabling ultra-broadband networks for communications service providers and enterprises across all access technologies. Scott joined Casa in 2017 as SVP, Strategy and Corporate Development. He was named CFO in 2020. In addition to his
responsibilities as CFO, Scott was one of the leads on the Casa Systems’ IPO, and had responsibility for investor relations functions and initiatives.
Before joining Casa, Scott had a 20-year career as an investment banker at Morgan Stanley, Perella Weinberg Partners, Macquarie Capital USA.
Shilpa Patel
Shilpa combines practicality and ingenuity in her approach to business and legal affairs. With a unique background of representing health systems and hospitals, to serving in-house at a health plan and subsequently a health tech company, Shilpa’s broad perspective derived from each industry player is relied upon to generate holistic yet strategic outcomes. She previously worked at Quartet Health and Oscar Insurance Corporation. Prior to going in-house, she worked in the healthcare practices of Foley & Lardner, LLP, and Garfunkel Wild, PC. She received her BA from Tufts University and her JD from Brooklyn Law School.
Dr. Angeline N. Beltsos
Angeline N. Beltsos, MD is CEO, Clinical at Kindbody. Dr. Beltsos is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. Prior to joining Kindbody, Dr. Beltsos was CEO and Chief Medical Officer for Vios Fertility Institute – a network of fertility clinics throughout Chicago, St. Louis, Milwaukee, Detroit and Portland. Dr. Beltsos completed medical school at Michigan State University, and then went on to do her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Loyola University in 1995. Following this, she completed a fellowship in REI at Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri, completed in 1997. She has received numerous awards and is a popular speaker, both nationally and internationally, and a frequent media resource on the topic of infertility. Dr. Beltsos is the executive chairperson for the Midwest Reproductive Symposium International, an international conference of fertility experts. She continues to educate and mentor REI doctors and students of all stages of education and currently serves as an Assistant Professor, Obstetrics and Gynecology at Wayne State University, Division Director of the Wayne State Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility Division, and as Fellowship Director of the Wayne State Reproductive Endocrinology program.

Jason Barritt
Jason Barritt, PhD and High Complexity Laboratory Director (HCLD), is Kindbody’s Chief Scientific Officer. Prior to Kindbody, he served more than ten years as Chief Scientific Officer and Lab Director at Southern California Reproductive Center (SCRC) in Beverly Hills, CA, and before that he served 10 years as Lab Director at RMA of New York in Manhattan, which was recently acquired by US Fertility.
Dr. Fahimeh Sasan
Dr. Sasan is a board certified and practicing Ob/Gyn who completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City and is an Assistant Professor of Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Reproductive Medicine at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York. Dr. Sasan is also a member of the Business Group on Health’s Evidence Based Benefit Design Committee. As a practicing clinician for more than 17 years she is dedicated to helping employers deliver comprehensive care with a focus on risk reduction and providing an exceptional, personalized experience. Kindbody’s employer clients have direct access to Dr. Sasan from thought leadership and strategy to the smallest detail to ensure Kindbody exceeds their expectations.
Dr. Sasan and her team provide fertility services, gynecology, low-risk and high-risk prenatal care, and wellness support, offering patients a single door for all of their fertility healthcare needs. Dr. Sasan is a recognized and widely-quoted expert on fertility healthcare and education in the media including NBC News, CBS News, and TODAY.
Dr. Lynn Westphal
Lynn Marie Westphal, M.D., FACOG, graduated summa cum laude from Lawrence University, earned her M.D. degree at Stanford University, and did her residency training in obstetrics and gynecology at UCLA and Stanford University. She did a fellowship in molecular biology at Stanford University and completed her fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI) at UCSF and is double board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology/Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. Dr. Westphal joined the full-time faculty at Stanford University in 1998 and was a Professor in the Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics, Director of the Fertility Preservation Program, Director of the Third-Party Reproduction Program, and Director of the REI Fellowship. Her interest in fertility preservation for cancer survivors led her to set up one of the first oocyte cryopreservation programs in the country. She has held numerous national leadership positions and was the President of the Fertility Preservation Special Interest Group of the American Society of Reproductive Medicine from 2008-2009. She was the Director of Women’s Health at Stanford from 2005-2012. In 2012, she co-founded the Stanford Center for Health Research on Women and Sex Differences in Medicine (WSDM) and served as co-director of the program for two years.
Dr. Kristin Bendikson
Dr. Bendikson did her residency training in OB/GYN at Harvard and completed her reproductive endocrine and infertility fellowship training at Cornell. She is a California native, having graduated from UCLA with honors. After first leaving Los Angeles for NYU Medical School, she finally returned after training to become an assistant professor at the USC Keck School of Medicine.
Dr. Bendikson was a leader at USC Fertility for over a decade. Dr. Bendikson founded the Center for Pregnancy Loss for patients who have suffered from pregnancy loss and miscarriage. Dr. Bendikson also founded the Fertility Diagnostics Program at USC, to provide a way for young adults to better understand their reproductive potential to help them make educated choices for their future.
She is a nationally recognized leader in the fertility field. She has been the Chair of the American Society of Reproductive Medicine’s (ASRM) Patient Education Committee since 2016 and serves as a member of the ASRM Practice Committee. She is on the board of the ASRM Early Pregnancy Loss Special Interest group and served as President in 2020. She has been recognized for many years as one of LA’s Top Doctors by Los Angeles Magazine.
Dr. Bendikson has presented her award-winning research at both national and international conferences. She has authored numerous publications on a wide variety of topics including the effects of Vitamin D on implantation, IVF for women of advanced maternal age, egg freezing, IVF outcomes in women of different ethnicities, and sex selection of embryos.
It is her goal to provide the highest quality care for her patients and to help them fulfill their desire of having a healthy baby, whether that be now or in the future. In addition, she strives to guide her patients through what can be a trying and difficult journey by providing them with the support and personal attention they need and deserve.
Dr. Amber Cooper
Meet Dr. Amber R. Cooper, MD, MS is Chief Medical Officer-Genomics and Laboratory Sciences, and Medical and IVF Practice Director, St. Louis. Prior to joining Kindbody, Dr. Cooper was a founding physician and the Chief Medical Officer for the St. Louis region of Vios Fertility Institute. She understands the challenges of infertility both personally and professionally. Board certified in both Obstetrics and Gynecology and Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility, she completed both her residency and fellowship at Washington University in St. Louis. During her years of practice, Dr. Cooper has received numerous awards and has authored articles for several medical journals and textbooks.
She is a globally recognized expert on the topic of artificial intelligence (AI) and automation to increase access to fertility treatments. In 2022, Dr. Cooper presented at the first world conference on AI and fertility in Croatia, and more recently spoke on the topic at The Middle East Fertility Conference in Dubai.
Additionally, she has led clinical studies, had her research covered in the local and national press, and spoken both nationally and internationally on various topics related to fertility. While she is passionate for all facets of fertility health, she has a special interest in improving IVF success and outcomes, fertility preservation, ovarian dysfunction, ovarian reserve and aging, hysteroscopic surgery, genetics, and the environmental impact on ovarian aging and function.

Dr. Roohi Jeelani
Roohi Jeelani, MD, FACOG, is a double board certified Reproductive Endocrinologist and Infertility Specialist (REI). A graduate of Ross University School of Medicine, she completed both her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology and her fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at Wayne State University – Detroit Medical Center. During her medical training, Dr. Jeelani received numerous awards in the areas of fetal medicine and reproductive medicine. In addition, she has authored a variety of publications and book chapters in well known journals highlighting cutting-edge REI advancement and has presented at national/international conferences and symposiums focused on advancements in women’s health. Dr. Jeelani is an active member of many medical associations. A highly-skilled reproductive endocrinologist and infertility specialist focusing on all areas of reproductive health, Dr. Jeelani has a special interest in oncofertility, toxins’ impact on reproductive function, chemotherapy, and oocyte cryopreservation.
Richard Forsythe
Richard has been in the software industry for 25 years, with extensive experience leading engineering teams, driving product development & strategy, and with expertise in technology M&A. Formerly with Sage Group plc as VP Global Strategy, he added complementary and supporting product offerings to the portfolio through both acquisition and in-house development. He founded Dandelion Development to provide custom software solutions for clients ranging from major enterprises to self-funded startups. Richard graduated from Oxford University with a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Computation, and also has an MBA from Edinburgh Business School
Haleigh Tebben
Haleigh Tebben is Chief Commercial Officer at Kindbody where she oversees employer revenue and marketing. Tebben has 25 years of experience in insurance, consulting, and healthcare, including serving as Chief Commercial Officer at Brightline where she brought the first comprehensive pediatric mental health solution to the employer and health plan market. She started in digital health as the Chief Revenue Officer at Collective Health, but built the foundation of her career in healthcare and digital health while at Mercer, where she was a Partner and also led the California Health and Benefits business. She had her start in consulting while at Gallup, where she was a Partner and led the Minneapolis office. Her early days in sales strategy and relationship building began during her time at Central States Indemnity Co. of Omaha, as Vice President of Sales.
Haleigh earned her BSBA in International Business and Marketing at Creighton University and her MBA at University of Nebraska at Omaha.

Jacques Cohen
Jacques Cohen is a reproductive biologist, laboratory product developer and high complexity laboratory director (HCLD). He is director and founder of the ART Institute of Washington, which runs the joint National Institute of Health and Walter Reed National Military Medical Center IVF program in Bethesda Maryland (USA). He is product developer and co-founder of IVFqc/Althea Science, which develops software solutions for laboratories and clinics. He was co-founder of Reprogenetics, a PGT service, now continuing as Cooper Genomics. He was a co-founder and product developer of Life-Global/IVF-Online. He has (co-)authored more than 300 publications, several textbooks and 12 patents. He is Emeritus Chief Editor of Reproductive Biomedicine Online. He was one of the founders of Alpha – Scientists in Reproductive Medicine and one of the founders of Preimplantation Genetic Diagnosis International Society – PGDIS. He is a founding member of the International IVF Initiative (i3).
Jacques Cohen was born in The Hague, The Netherlands and graduated (M.Sc.) in Biology of Reproductive Science in 1978 at Leiden University, Leiden, The Netherlands. He has a Ph.D. from Erasmus University in Rotterdam (supervisor Prof. Gerard Zeilmaker), in aspects of in vitro fertilization and male factor infertility. His postdoctoral studies (1982-1985) were performed at Cambridge University (UK) and Bourn Hall Clinic (supervisor Prof Robert Edwards). Jacques has (co-)developed a number of embryological methodologies and devices: blastocyst cryopreservation, assisted fertilization, assisted hatching, preimplantation genetic testing for aneuploidy, ooplasmic donation, single sperm freezing, CODA filtration, Global media, and GPS dishes. He currently serves on Advisory Boards of biotech startups TMRW, Kindbody, DADI, Orchid Health, IVF 2.0, and Phosphorus.
Cindy Gentry
Cindy Gentry serves as Kindbody’s Senior Commercial and Strategic Advisor. With close to 30 years’ experience in the healthcare industry Cindy Gentry has held senior executive roles that helped shape health care delivery, improved the quality of care, framed future focused benefit designs for health plans and the employer market. Most recently she was a Senior Partner and consultant for Mercer and held roles as Enterprise Market Development Leader for the West US Market and Office Leader for the Northern California market for Mercer. In her experience with health plans she led enterprise sales and account management teams with a $2B business, conducted market research, developed advertising strategies and brought relevant health care products to market. Cindy has created intellectual capital on a number of health and benefits topics and broad HR redesign projects. She is a frequent guest speaker on the future of healthcare and the value of diversity and inclusion to support business growth. She holds a master’s degree from the University of California, Berkeley in Public Health. Cindy was an architect and lead advisor on Mercer’s When Women Thrive research on gender diversity in the workplace. She was awarded Diversity Journal’s “Women to Watch”. In 2018, she was awarded Consulting Magazine’s Women Leaders in Consulting for Excellence in Client Service.
Andy Grover
Andy Grover is the Co-Founder and Chief Development Officer at Tend, the dental brand bringing a hospitality mindset to oral health. With 15+ years of real estate, healthcare and branding experience, Andy has established himself as a leader in building spaces tailored specifically to guests’ clinical needs and emotions.
At Tend, Andy spearheads every aspect of development, focusing on finding the right locations to create a holistic environment that supports guests while marrying hospitality and the sensibility of the healthcare industry. Prior to Tend, Andy was the VP of Real Estate and Development at One Medical, scaling them from 25-90 locations pre-IPO. In this role, he worked with clinicians and technology specialists to develop the practice’s signature environmental design, helping scale the industry-leading healthcare model into the business it is today.
Originally from the Midwest, Andy holds a Masters in Real Estate Development from NYU and advises clients on brands looking to combine innovative bricks-and-mortar service delivery with technology and consumer branding. He currently lives in NYC with his partner Dan and divides his time between the City and the North Fork of Long Island.
Larry Leisure
Co-Founder and Managing Partner Larry Leisure brings over four decades of experience in the healthcare services and management industry to Chicago Pacific Founders. The CPF team has united top names in the health field, and Larry is no exception. His oversight and influence have been the driving force behind a number of successes across multiple companies on the leading edge of health tech and managed care. Providing better care at a fairer price point has been his guiding motivation, one that’s brought him real success in identifying and improving areas of need in the industry.
As the Co-Founder and Former Chairman of ADVI’s Reimbursement and Health Policy Advisory Services, he worked with a dynamic executive team in the fields of Life Science, Managed Care, and Digital Health. In a field where cutting-edge technology can transform the world, his experience guided some of the most forward-thinking firms with an eye on bringing true benefit to patients, professionals, and investors alike. In addition to ADVI , he co-founded, Healthspottr, which gathers some of the most innovative minds in healthcare and health tech to drive beneficial change in the industry as well as the Employer Health Innovation Roundtable (EHIR) which brings together the largest and most progressive global employers.
Since early in his career, Larry has provided leadership and careful oversight in both large, high-powered firms and more dynamic startups. As the global managing partner of Health Services at Accenture, he was able to draw upon an institutional wealth of knowledge to hone his leadership and management skills, a formative experience that would provide valuable as he used his skills to elevate exciting new groups in the field. He also served as an Operating Partner and senior advisor to Kleiner, Perkins, Caufield & Byers, the venerable Silicon Valley venture capital firm.
Kimber Lockhart
Kimber Lockhart is an experienced healthcare technology leader, building and scaling technology platforms to support rapid business growth. She served as Chief Technology Officer at One Medical, a national leader in technology-enabled primary care, helping to take the company public in 2020. Prior to joining One Medical, Lockhart served in various engineering leadership roles at Box. Previously, Lockhart was co-founder and CEO of Increo Solutions, provider of document rendering and collaboration technologies, which was acquired by Box. She holds a BS in Computer Science from Stanford University.
Kerry Van Voris
Kerry is Oscar’s Chief People Officer, where she manages the company’s entire HR and Talent function across the company’s offices in New York, Tempe, Los Angeles, and Dallas for 1,800+ employees. Prior to Oscar, Kerry was the Director of Talent for Madrona Venture Group in Seattle, WA, a venture capital firm that invests in seed and early stage (Series A) technology start-ups and is best known for its original seed funding of Amazon.com. Before Madrona, Kerry was a senior leader at Amazon.com, where she led executive recruiting for the booming cloud business, Amazon Web Services. Earlier, Kerry built a network in the financial services space and led senior and general management hiring at the Westport, CT hedge fund, Bridgewater Associates, before moving into a broader role as Head of Talent Management for the firm’s largest department.
Kerry’s experience in recruiting and talent spans back to her years at Microsoft, originally as a senior technical recruiter for the Server & Tools business and then as an HR M&A manager, leading people due-diligence on multiple deals and playing a key role in acquiring and integrating talent through acquisitions.
Annbeth Eschbach
Annbeth is a Board Member of The Aesthetic Syndicate, a Lorient Capital portfolio company. TAS is a provider of medical aesthetic, cosmetic and wellness services across the Southwest.
Eschbach is CEO + Co-founder of ResetOne, a new brand and business in the longevity space, leveraging her experience in health and wellbeing, and passion for redefining an industry.
For the last five years, Annbeth served as President and then CEO of Kindbody. A champion of people, culture, brand and experience, Annbeth helped bring the vision and mission of Kindbody to life. From a single pop up fertility testing truck in 2019, she helped scale the brand and business to 37 owned and operated clinics, and 121 employers representing 3M covered lives today.
Annbeth Eschbach founded Exhale in 2003, a national wellbeing brand that revolutionized the spa and fitness industry. As CEO, she built the brand and business from vapor and vision to 30 locations, a dozen proprietary boutique fitness classes, spa and wellbeing programs and 1500 associates aligned around the Company mission. In 2017, Eschbach sold the business to Hyatt Hotels, and continued to lead the organization under new ownership until 2019 when she was recruited to build a new start up in the healthcare space, Kindbody.
Prior to founding Exhale, Annbeth served as President of Cardio Fitness Centers, and SVP Marketing and Spa Development for Wellbridge, which was the third largest spa and club operator with 50 locations under management. Annbeth directed the branding, marketing, and newly acquired property turnaround plans. She served four years as President + COO of Cardio Fitness Centers, a 10 unit brand Wellbridge managed for Weight Watchers International.
Eschbach received her BA from Northwestern University and MBA from New York University Stern School of Business.
