Angela Barrie

Angela (Angie) Barrie is the Chief Commercial Officer for Kindbody, a fertility and family-building benefit management company. Angie’s expertise includes client & colleague retention, market collaboration, product innovation and positioning, revenue growth and P&L oversight. She recently led the West Health & Benefits Practice at Mercer, which included 12 offices and 400+ colleagues, serving clients ranging from 250 – 100K+ enrolled members. While at Mercer, Angie served as an Executive Sponsor for United Healthcare, Kaiser Permanente, Premera Blue Cross, Blue Shield of California, and Collective Health.

Angie has held similar leadership positions to Mercer with Aon (legacy Hewitt), WTW (legacy Watson Wyatt) and Gallagher where she was responsible for organic and acquisition revenue growth, talent recruitment and client retention. Her point solution commercial and start-up experience includes Accolade and 98point6 (now Transcarent) & ConsumerMedical (now Alight). Her early career began with Hilton Hotels in HR/Benefit Administration, executive retained search and financial planning.

Angie graduated from Washington State University with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, minoring in Hotel & Restaurant Operations. Angie is a board member for First Tee and an Advisor to World Class Health and Aligned Marketplace. She loves hot yoga, golf and traveling – especially with her husband, Ben, and their adult children, Lanni & Tyler.
