We are asking all visitors to take the following precautions prior to your appointment:
All patient and visitors must wear a protective mask to the clinic. We will take the temperature of all visitors upon arrival. If it is 100.4 degrees or above, or if flu-like symptoms present, we will reschedule the appointment for a later date.
If you have a partner, please ask them to attend via FaceTime/Phone during the appointment rather than in-person, unless necessary. If they come, they must partake in the entire appointment, as we are not allowing anyone to wait in the lobby.
If you have tested positive for Covid-19, you may only come to the clinic after a confirmed negative test, or at least 10 days after symptoms subside.
If you are feeling sick, or display any symptoms, please call to reschedule your appointment.
