Kara Yorkhall, L.Ac, MAOM, FABORM, is a recognized expert in holistic women’s health and the founder of Fertile Ground, a center she established in 2007.

Bringing over 20 years of experience in women’s health and a deep understanding of reproductive medicine, Kara has successfully guided thousands of women through their fertility, IVF, and pregnancy journeys. Her clinical approach seamlessly integrates the evidence-based rigor of modern care with the time-tested wisdom of Chinese medicine.

Kara leads an exceptional team dedicated to offering the best in holistic reproductive support. A distinguished practitioner, Kara is board certified by the National Certification Board for Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine (NCBAHM) and licensed by the Minnesota State Medical Board. She graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Master’s degree in Acupuncture and Asian medicine and holds the comprehensive FABORM certification from the Acupuncture and TCM Board of Reproductive Medicine. Kara actively shares her knowledge, having lectured on women’s health topics at professional and academic settings.
