Medtronic now offers Kindbody as a fertility benefit. You’ll receive 3 fertility cycles including medication through your benefit. Members covered under the BCBS, Bind, and HealthPartners medical plans receive this benefit.

When prompted for an Access Code, input KINDMDT. For Unique User ID please input as follows: Spouses/Domestic Partners (including COBRA) – Employee ID plus an “S” at the end, Adult Children (including COBRA) – Employee ID plus a “C” at the end.
