The Fine Print
Secure this special offer with a $500 deposit, and only pay in full once you begin your cycle. Your cycle must start within three months of purchase, barring any medical reasons which prevent you from proceeding. The offer is valid until midnight on January 4th. The offer applies to purchases of egg freezing, embryo freezing, and IVF cycles only, and only to new services that take place after purchase. This offer does not apply to IUI. Please note, IVF pricing does NOT include genetic testing or embryo banking. The fertility assessment is included in the offer, if not already covered by insurance. Bloodwork and medication is additional, if not already covered by insurance. Promos cannot be combined or applied to payment plans.
