She is also a huge book nerd, a fitness enthusiast, and an obsessed dog mom to her mini Australian Shepherd, Nash. A letter to my younger self: What you should know if you’re trying to become a mother with PCOS

There are so many things I wish I would have known both when I was a teenager and at the time of my PCOS diagnosis. If I could go back, here is what I would tell my younger self.
