Toby Richman comes to Kindbody with a stunning whole-body approach to better movement. She has embraced guiding clients to learn ease of movement, mobility and strength through her skills as a Pilates rehabilitator and 20+ years in women’s health, specializing in pelvic floor health.
Toby loves the daily challenge of matching client needs with unique personal solutions. Her focus is treating the whole person, going beyond the complaint of pain; paying close attention to learn how each person moves through the day and flows through their life.
Toby is a passionate lover of daily cycling and yoga, hiking, nordic skiing and snowboarding, her family, her friends, her gardens, laughing and all dogs! She adores helping women learn to move with unrestricted grace.
