Alise Powell joined RESOLVE at the end of 2024 as the Director of Government Affairs, leading efforts to expand access to fertility care and family-building options. With nearly a decade of experience as an advocate and tireless champion for change, she is passionate about advancing equity in the American health care system. Prior to joining RESOLVE, Alise advanced maternal health policy at the National Birth Equity Collaborative and held policy positions at the American Society for Reproductive Medicine and the National Women’s Law Center. Alise earned her B.A. in Political Science from Wellesley College.
