Highly skilled in all areas of reproductive health, Dr. Cohen prides herself on providing individualized treatment for every patient. Her personal experience with IVF to build her family has heavily influenced her approach to patient care. She prioritizes an individual approach and strives to ensure each patient feels heard.

I was a patient before March 28, 2023. How do I access my patient portal?

Your new patient portal is available at portal.kindbody.com. If you were a patient prior to March 28, 2023, your account has likely been created for you. Please activate your account using the email address we have on file for you here <link to: portal.kindbody.com/access-account>. Follow the steps to verify your email and reset your password. After you complete these steps, your patient portal account will be active and you can log in at portal.kindbody.com. You will need to complete the activation step only one time.

I am a new patient after March 28, 2023. How do I access my patient portal?

Welcome! We are glad you are here. New patients will need to create an account to access their patient portal. This step is usually completed when you schedule your first appointment. Please try logging in to confirm.

If you have an urgent medical need for patient portal access or to talk with your Kindbody team after clinic hours, please call us at (360) 535-7590 and follow the prompts to access our provider on call. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911.

Where is my information from prior to the transition to the KindEMR portal?

All of your treatment information and messages with our team from prior to March 28, 2023 have been maintained and are easily accessible to both you and your Kindbody team. You can access a “read only” version of your patient portal in our prior system by clicking here and logging in. 

Please note that messaging has been disabled from the previous platform. To communicate with your Kindbody team, please log into your new patient portal at portal.kindbody.com.

How do I communicate with my Kindbody team?

Your Kindbody patient portal is your primary communication channel with your Kindbody team. Log in at portal.kindbody.com.

How do I schedule appointments?

If you are scheduling your first new patient visit with Kindbody, you can schedule online here.

Existing patients can schedule some of their appointments online using the “Book An Appointment'' link on the patient portal dashboard. If you do not see an available appointment, please message your Kindbody team in your patient portal to schedule. Or, you can call the clinic at (360) 535-7590, Monday-Friday between 8 AM - 4 PM to speak with our patient care coordinators about your scheduling needs.

How do I receive my medication instructions?

Your care team will provide instructions to you in your Kindbody patient portal. You may also call the clinic at (360) 535-7590. If you call after standard clinic business hours, please follow the prompts to connect with our provider on call.

How do I pay invoices?

Your new Kindbody patient portal has a feature that allows direct invoice payment. Invoices for services after March 28, 2023 will be available in your Kindbody portal in the “Billing” section of your Kindbody patient portal.

Where do I sign my consent forms?

You will receive a prompt to sign an online consent form either through your Kindbody patient portal or through a Docusign link sent by your Kindbody team.

What about my future scheduled appointments?

You will see these in the new patient portal after logging in. You will also receive email & text reminders.

I have a New Patient Visit scheduled. What happens to my intake forms?

If you have already completed your intake form you will not have to complete this again. But, if you have not completed yet, you will be able to complete through Kindbody patient portal.
