Kindlabs utilizes state-of-the-art technology that surpasses many third-party PGT systems. Our advanced sequencing technology provides an average of eight times more sequencing information per sample compared to commonly used PGT platforms. This unparalleled level of detail enables our laboratory experts to deliver highly precise outcomes, increasing the likelihood of a successful pregnancy.
Precise PGT for
Your Path to Parenthood
PGT-A stands for Preimplantation Genetic Testing for Aneuploidy. It is a procedure that assesses the genetic condition of embryos before they are transferred into the uterus.
During PGT-A, a small sample of cells is extracted from embryos at the blastocyst stage, usually 5-7 days after fertilization. These cells are then analyzed to determine if they exhibit the correct number of chromosomes.
Aneuploidy refers to deviations in the chromosome count, such as the presence of extra or missing chromosomes. PGT-A helps identify genetic abnormalities and aneuploidies in embryos.
By conducting PGT-A, fertility specialists can select the healthiest embryos for transfer, significantly improving the chances of successful implantation. It also helps minimize the risks of miscarriage and genetic disorders.
Kindlabs'Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS)-based PGT-A platform generates eight times more data per sample compared to most commercially available tests. This leads to enhanced accuracy and provides more actionable results for our patients.
Our advanced PGT-A testing evaluates embryos' genetic condition before transfer, helping us select the healthiest embryos. This optimization improves pregnancy outcomes and increases the chances of a successful pregnancy.
Generates up to eight times the amount of genetic data per sample1
Fewer samples with
inconclusive or no results2
Identifies smaller chromosomal segmental losses and gains3
1Compared to advertised depth of sequencing used in common PGT-A platforms
2Internal data analysis from Kindbody clinical samples sent to reference laboratories
3Validation data shows identification of segmental losses/gains down to 1Mb (compared to the advertised 10Mb or 20Mb for most of third party reference laboratories)
Superior precision in intermediate copy number determination – accurate mosaicism
