Intended Parents
In 1992, ARR established the first egg donor agency in Illinois and one of the first in the country. We expanded our services to include surrogacy in 2001. As a result of our 30 years of experience, we understand and anticipate the ever evolving needs and concerns of this field. It is important to have an agency with the knowledge and experience by your side to guide you through your journey in expanding your family.
Our decision to partner with Kindbody and to invite them into our circle of trust, introducing them to our community of recipients, surrogates, and donors was not a decision that we made quickly. We have deeply considered Kindbody, considered their values, their reputation, and the actions of their leadership. We then asked ourselves if joining together would ultimately provide an increased value to our intended parents, surrogates, and donors, and we sincerely believe that this merger will provide a benefit to all.
We feel strongly that our clients’ interests will be better served by having greater access to resources and outreach. Kindbody brings a host of technology focused tools, digital health investments, and a nationwide presence that will help us to more rapidly service our clients’ needs.
Being part of a nationwide company will only enhance your surrogacy journey as we anticipate that this will allow us to facilitate matches more quickly.
The most exciting part of the acquisition is that we anticipate that all of our intended parents will be matched more quickly. We will now have the backing of a world-class marketing team and we are confident that this will allow us to exponentially increase our ability to recruit qualified gestational surrogates across the country. This, in turn, should lead to a shorter wait time for those waiting to be matched.
You will not experience any disruptions in your individual journey as a result of this transition.

Yes, the terms of your executed ARR agency agreement and fee structure within will not change.
This integration will provide you with access to an expanded support team to assist you throughout your surrogacy journey. We will be able to offer you a much larger infrastructure on a national level, which will assist in streamlining the surrogacy screening & matching process.
Yes, the ARR team came to Kindbody in full! We will have additions to the team in the future as we expand our service offerings, but, for now, your team will remain the same.
Yes, we are committed to seeing you through your surrogacy journey with the fertility center of your choice.
Yes, we will continue to provide the services listed in your executed ARR Agency Agreement. We are excited to incorporate the additional services available from our integration with Kindbody in the near future.
